Petroval's Catalyst Turnaround services include the dense loading of fixed bed reactors via DENSICAT®, and DENSICAT® New Generation, in-situ catalyst sampling via PROBACAT®, and SLOAD® for safely loading inert support balls into the bottom of the reactor. Petroval's heat exchanger tube side mechanical inserts are a proven technology to improve efficiency in heat exchangers with fouling and or duty limitations. The Petroval inserts (Fixotal®, Turbotal® & Spirelf®) help to increase heat transfer, induce turbulence, and reduce the rate of fouling for a quick return on investment.
