The Ultra-low Sulfur Diesel Implementation (ULSD) Workshop and Designate & Track (D&T) Roundtable is co-sponsored by NPRA, US EPA, and other industry associations (complete list below) representing diesel fuel producers, pipelines, terminals, retailers and end-users.

November 9, 2005 - D&T Roundtable
Attendees will have an opportunity to delve further into D&T compliance issues with EPA staff and representatives from other industry segments during this half-day D&T session.

November 10-11, 2005 – ULSD Implementation Workshop
Attendees will address questions and concerns regarding implementation of the ULSD program, including compliance issues, procedures such as delivery specifications, outreach, and recent test method results. There will also be a general overview of the regulation, recent updates, and answers from EPA to commonly asked questions.

This workshop will assist regulated entities, including refiners, pipeline operators, terminal operators, fuel marketers, and end-users with program implementation and compliance.

Who Should Attend:

The meeting is geared to refiners, pipeline operators, terminal operators, marketers and end-users of diesel fuel who need to understand the low and ultra-low sulfur diesel requirements for non-road and highway use. Attendees should include operations and quality assurance staff, environmental compliance staff, business unit personnel responsible for recordkeeping and reporting requirements, and planning staff.
