Special Events

All ticketed functions are open to registered attendees only. Tickets can be purchased at time of on-line registration. To purchase tickets after registration is completed, click on Register Now, and add the tickets you wish to purchase without making any other changes to the registration. You will only be charged for what has been added.

Tickets must be purchased by March 15 in order to attend the International Petrochemical Luncheon. No tickets or same-day seating will be available on-site.

Housing

Reservations cannot be made prior to registration. Upon completion of payment you will be asked if you would like to make a hotel reservation.

Be sure to register and reserve your room by January 7, 2013 in order to take advantage of the early hotel rates. Beginning January 8th, any new reservations or additional nights will be at the regular AFPM block rate. Some hotel early blocks may fill before the cut-off date. Make your reservations early for best selection.

If you are unable to make a reservation for all the dates you require, please make a reservation for the nights that are available, and put your desired check-in or check-out date in the "special request" section of the hotel reservation. Then send an email to IPC@afpm.org indicating the dates you require. AFPM will be monitoring the block and working with the hotel to accommodate additional night requests as the hotel has availability at the appropriate rate.
