Registration

In order to encourage AFPM attendees to use the contracted hotel block at the Hilton Houston Post Oak, you will receive a discount off your registration when you book your room as you register through AFPM. Registrations received after the hotel block closes will not be eligible for the registration discount. Local commuter registrants, of course, will receive the discounted registration fee. All discounts will be applied just before payment.

Registration fees increase by $100 on October 4th.

Registration fees are based on AFPM membership. If your company is a Member of AFPM, you qualify for the Member fees.

Housing

Reservations cannot be made prior to registration. You will be given the option of making a hotel reservation prior to payment. If a hotel reservation is made, a discount of $200 will be applied to your registration fees.

Be sure to register and reserve your room by October 3rd. Those registering after the room block has closed will not qualify for the $200 registration discount.

If you are unable to make a reservation for all the dates you require, please make a reservation for the nights that are available, and put your desired check-in or check-out date in the "special request" section of the hotel reservation. Then send an email to LW@afpm.org indicating the dates you require. AFPM will be monitoring the block and working with the hotel to accommodate additional night requests as the hotel has availability. If a reservation is subsequently cancelled, you will be invoiced for the discount that had been applied.
