Registration
Save $100 by registering by August 31st., and save an additional $200 by reserving a room in the AFPM block at the Grand America Hotel.
In order to encourage AFPM attendees to use the contracted hotel block at the Grand America Hotel, a tiered registration fee structure will be in effect. Registrants occupying a hotel room at the Grand America will pay a registration fee $200 less than those registrants who choose to stay at an alternate hotel. Local commuter registrants, of course, will not be assessed the surcharge.
Register by August 31 to receive Early registration fees. On September 1, full registration fees increase by $100, Monday/Tuesday one-day passes increase by $50, and Wednesday one-day passes increase by $25.
Registration fees are based on AFPM membership. If your company is a member of AFPM, you qualify for the Member fees.

If not reserving a room in the AFPM block, the $200 surcharge will apply in addition to the fees for the one-day pass(es) you select.

Housing
Reservations cannot be made prior to registration. Upon completion of payment you will be asked if you would like to make a hotel reservation.
Be sure to register and reserve your room by August 31. Those registering after the room block has closed will be assessed the $200 surcharge. However, appropriate credit will be provided if proof of reservation at the Grand America can be provided.
If you are unable to make a reservation for all the dates you require, please make a reservation for the nights that are available, and put your desired check-in or check-out date in the "special request" section of the hotel reservation. Then send an email to QA@afpm.org indicating the dates you require. AFPM will be monitoring the block and working with the hotel to accommodate additional night requests as the hotel has availability.
