Registration Deadline:

April 20   last date to cancel and receive a full refund on registration 
April 20 last date for sponsorship submission to be included in the printed program
May 2  last date to make a hotel reservation in the AFPM room block and receive a $200 discount on registration fees
May 4 last date to cancel and receive a refund less $50. No refunds after this date
May 11 online registration closes. Registrations after this date must be completed on-site

 

Meeting Attire: 

Business Casual - shirts with collars; no ties, jeans, sneakers or shorts.

Travel:

Rental Car: AVIS is the official rental car agency for the Reliability & Maintenance Conference and Exhibition. Call 800-331-1600 and refer to AWD#:B761300 to receive discounted rates.

Taxi: Approximate cost from SAT International Airport to the downtown hotels is $25 one way.

Super Shuttle: Fares from the airport to downtown are approximately $14 for a shared ride with stops and $49 for a non-stop ride. Reservations can be made in advance online.

Fee Structure:

In order to encourage AFPM attendees to use the contracted hotel block, a tiered registration fee structure will be in effect. Registrants occupying a hotel room in the AFPM contracted room block will receive a discount and pay a registration fee $200 less than those registrants who choose to stay outside the block or at an alternate hotel. Local commuter registrants, of course, will also receive the discount.

The discount will no longer be available after the room block closes on April 25th. 

Register by May 2nd to receive the early registration fees and make a reservation in the AFPM block. On May 3rd, full registration fees increase by $100,  and the $200 housing discount will no longer be available.
