The refining industry is being impacted by an unprecedented number of mobile source and stationary source regulations. Multiple, simultaneous fuels regulations having increasingly stringent requirements present huge challenges for us as we implement these rules during the next five years. Although our success with implementation of the RFG program complexities should give us some comfort as we prepare for the future, the challenges we face due to new regulations will be more intense.
