Regulatory agencies in the United States have stated that any entity that reports zero deviations is probably not performing sufficient reasonable inquiry. The purpose of this paper is to present a regulatory compliance program that has been implemented by several industrial manufacturing facilities in the United States and has yielded impressive compliance results – approaching zero deviations. This paper is intended to be an overview of a recommended compliance approach and not a detailed methodology.
