This session will focus on the third pillar of Walk the Line – Operational Readiness, focusing on Operations preparing equipment for Maintenance, Maintenance returning equipment to Operations & Operations returning equipment to service. The presentation will give applicable examples of lessons learned from Operational Readiness events as well as the related tools designed to help operators understand the operating state of the plant. This session will also demonstrate the AFPM Safety Portal that houses the Walk the Line toolbox.
