The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency released new Renewable Fuel Standard rules on February 3, 2010 to implement RFS provisions in the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007, signed by President Bush on December 12, 2007 (Public Law 110-140). These rules were published in the Federal Register on March 26, 2010. The workshop program will present an overview of the new requirements and implementation, enforcement and compliance provisions. The workshop will include EPA presentations.

Wednesday, April 14: 9am - 5pm lunch included.
Thursday, April 15: 9am - 1pm.

Refiners, importers, blenders, ethanol and biodiesel producers, terminal operators, and consultants should attend the RFS workshop in order to understand the implications and liabilities of these new regulations.
