On April 10, 2007, the EPA finalized regulations implementing the National Renewable Fuels Program Standard (RFS) for 2007 and beyond. Beginning on September 1, 2007, this program requires an increasing amount of renewable fuel be used each year, with the total volume increasing over time. This workshop is designed to provide obligated parties with an overview of the program and details of the program's compliance provisions. The workshop program will present a summary of the RFS program requirements, the implementation and compliance schedules, a detailed overview of how compliance is demonstrated and verified in the RFS program and much more. The workshop will include EPA presentations.
