One area that continues to direct this industry is the requirement to produce larger amounts of cleaner fuels. KBC has participated in this movement by guiding refiners to achieve clean fuels targets through expansions, unit optimization, and reconfiguration projects. The purpose of this paper is to share some of our observations on the refining industry and our insights on the production of cleaner fuels.
