Description:

This paper will briefly discuss turnaround management best practices that have become prevalent over the past decade and a half and will illuminate leading indicators of turnaround risks. The paper will also demonstrate that, among other leading indicators, turnaround size matters. AP-Networks’ research shows that, given a site’s capability, there is a point after which a turnaround falls into a high risk “Critical Zone.” Regardless of its "Readiness Index," if a Mega Complexity turnaround falls into the critical zone, it has a very high likelihood of failing. With poor Readiness it is a certain train wreck.
