The recent changes to the Clean Air Act and EPA regulations related to RVP limitations and increased oxygen levels will significantly change the refined petroleum distribution system, particularly the products pipeline systems. The oil industry, and pipelines in particular, have already seen some of these changes with the RVP reductions of the past few, years. And we will certainly see many more changes in the next several years: The changes of the next few years will be significant and, at this time, the particulars of these changes are not well defined.
