This paper will cover the five most pertinent cases, describing and defining them. It quantifies required compliance margins and compares gasoline blending flexibility and composition of alternate regulation proposals. This presentation summarizes, compares and illustrates significant cost results for these five cases. It indicates additional facilities required for the final CARB 2 regs in a typical refinery. This report reviews some of the individual property change cost impact curves developed and indicates synergistic property improvements. Lastly, it summarizes our conclusions.
