Our goal in this talk is to give you a good understanding of what USEPA has asked for and how you can approach GHG BACT to your facility’s maximum advantage. Ultimately, our goal is to show you an approach to GHG BACT compliance that is logical and the least expensive path to compliance. I plan to do that today by sharing real-world examples of permits that have made it through the permitting process, including USEPA review, from across the US.
