Greg Seegert EA Engineering

Format:
Electronic (digital download/no shipping)

Associate Member, International Member, Petrochemical Member, Refining Member - $0.00
Government, NonMember - $35.00

Description:

The information in this paper is useful to owners of in-rule facilities because of the costs involved. Depending on the size of the facility, study costs will range from at least $100,000 to well over a million dollars. More important, however, are the costs to install and operate the technology to address entrainment and impingement. Although the costs will be facility-specific, even the cheapest “fixes” will cost a few million dollars and many will cost 10s or 100s of millions of dollars. Therefore, it is important that the required studies be conducted properly. Otherwise the wrong technology might be selected or a technology may be installed when in fact none is needed.
