The refinery is located south of Cheyenne and is bordered on all sides but the east by residential neighborhoods (Fig 3). Permitted at 41,000 bbliday, Frontier produces gasoline, diesel, petroleum coke, asphalt, and 65 long-tons/day sulfur.
