HR professionals are at the heart of corporate compliance and ethics programs today. From policy interpretation to delivering training programs to decision making, we are tasked with finding “reasonable” solutions to complex situations. Providing consideration for legal, personal and cultural interpretations of right and wrong is critical to success. This will be an interactive session where attendees will be presented with ethical scenarios in an HR and/or labor relations environment. Teams will work together to discuss, analyze and develop the best solutions for dealing with these ethical issues and rationale will be shared.
