To begin with, Probex is a Dallas-based renewable-energy-technology company specializing in environmental services. We have developed and patented an environmentally beneficial lubricating oil technology which we call ProTerra.™ This technology is expected to produce high quality lubricating base oils and associated products from collected spent lubricants. It is a highly economic technology, which is expected to produce high quality lubricating base oils capable of meeting newer more stringent GF-3 and, we expect, the upcoming GF-4, motor oil standards without creation of waste byproducts.
