Many offshore operators need very long lead times to prepare for a potential hurricane, something not provided by the NHC in their daily outlooks which only address development potential over the next 24-36 hours. New hurricane timeline tools have been developed that address these concerns. These tools will be demonstrated relevant to specific tropical activity from the 2005 and 2006 seasons.
