Traditional safety processes have brought industry a long way on our journey of preventing serious injuries & fatalities. We are finding that a new view of safety is needed to continue improvement into the future. This new view is focusing on making it easy for the frontline workforce to know that essential safeguards to preventing serious injuries & fatalities are in place and functioning. It is also focused on building a learning culture that actively harnesses the expertise of the people actually doing the work. This session will focus on the journey we have been taking with this new view in complex processing facilities.
