We are celebrating 10 years of our BeyondZero® programme in 2017and while this programme has brought about a fundamental shift in how we perceive safety, we are committed to take it further. The promotion of mental health at the workplace is a natural extension of our BeyondZero® culture, helping our staff understand, protect and sustain their mental wellbeing, no matter what life throws at them. In an effort to improve the wellbeing of our staff and their families we developed a mental health matters strategy focussed on promoting positive mental health across the business. The strategy was trialled in the UK from July 2016 and has been such a success that we are in the process of launching it across our global organisation.
