In this discussion session we will focus on the preparation and execution of turnarounds. This is a highly complex process that requires good practices within ten (10) fundamental TA Elements: Scope Management, TA Organization, Contracts/Procurement, Planning/Scheduling, TA Process, Integration, Risk Management, Reporting/Benchmarking, Logistics/Infrastructure, and Execution Productivity. As such, if an organization is deficient in any facet within one or some of these TA Elements, they can run the inherent risk of negatively impacting or delaying an entire turnaround.
