    Registration Deadlines:

    February 17 Early registration and hotel reservation cut-off.

    March 11 Online registration closes. After this date, registration or substitutions must be completed on-site in San Antonio.

    Ticketed Functions:

    These functions are open to registered attendees and registered spouses only.

    Tickets must be purchased by March 11 in order to attend any of these functions.  No tickets or same-day seating will be available on-site.

    Rental Car:  AVIS is the official rental car agency for the Annual Meeting. Call 800-331-1600 and refer to AWD#:B761300 to receive discounted rates.

    Taxi: Approximate cost from SAT International Airpot to the downtown hotels is $25 one way.

    Shuttle: GO Airport Shuttle. is San Antonio International Airport's authorized and single shared- ride shuttle service. Shuttles depart from 7 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. daily to downtown hotels every 15 minutes. Passengers may purchase tickets at the airport's baggage claim area, make reservations online.  Fares are $19.00 per person to downtown hotels or $34.00 for a round trip ticket.

    Fee Structure:

    In order to encourage AFPM attendees to use the contracted hotel block, a tiered registration fee structure will be in effect. Registrants occupying a hotel room in the AFPM block will pay a discounted registration fee $200 less than those registrants who choose to stay outside the block or at an alternate hotel. Registrations received after the hotel cut-off date will not be eligible for the registration discount.  Local commuter registrants, of course, will receive the discounted registration fee.

    Register by February 17th to receive Early registration fees and make a reservation in the AFPM block. On February 18th, full registration fees increase by $100 and the discount is no longer available.

    Meeting App:

    The AFPM Meeting app contains an up to date attendee list, up-to-the-minute program details, session surveys, speaker information, as well as information regarding hospitality suites. Also, be sure to use the app to connect with attendees at the conference through the special email service provided through the app. The app will be available to registered attendees two (2) weeks before the conference.
