Registration

Registration fees are based on AFPM membership. If your company is a member of AFPM, you qualify for the member fees.

Save $100 on registration fees by registering on or before February 9. Registration fees increase by February 10. Online registration closes on March 8, 2024.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be made on or before February 9, 2024, with no penalty. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Written cancellations postmarked, faxed, or emailed between February 10 and February 23, 2024, will receive a refund fees, less a $100 processing fee. No refunds after February 23, 2024. No telephone cancellations. 

Housing

Reservations cannot be made prior to registration. If you register before the hotel cut-off date, you will receive a link to make a hotel reservation once your registration is complete. You can also find the link to reserve your housing at the top of your confirmation email.

Be sure to register and reserve your room by February 8. The room block rate cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Daily Resort Rate: $20.00
Please note the rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 13%. The daily resort fee will cover several amenities, which include: wired and wireless high-speed internet access, (2) in-room bottled waters, discounted individual transportation service/City of Grapevine shuttle, local/domestic and long distance phone calls, fitness center and pool access.

Special Events

All ticketed functions are open to registered attendees only. Tickets can be purchased at time of registration. To purchase tickets after registration is completed, click on Register Now, save through to the Events page and add the tickets you wish to purchase without making any other changes to the registration. You will only be charged for what has been added.  

Ticket sales conclude when online registration closes March 8. No tickets or same-day seating will be available on-site. No refunds on ticketed functions after February 23, 2024.
