Registration

Registration fees are determined by your company's AFPM membership. If your organization is an AFPM member, you are eligible for member rates.

Register on or before February 13, 2026, to save $100.  Fees will increase by $100 starting February 14, 2026.  Online registration closes on March 13, 2026.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by February 13, 2026, will incur no penalty. Written cancellations received between February 14 and February 27, 2026, will be refunded minus $100 processing fee.  No refunds will be issued after February 27, 2026.  Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. 

Housing

Hotel reservations cannot be made before registering for the conference.  If you register prior to the hotel cut-off date, you will receive a reservation link once your registration is complete.  This link can also be found at the top of your registration confirmation email. 

Please be sure to register and book your room February 19. The room block rate cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Special Events

All ticketed functions are  available exclusively to registered attendees. Tickets may be purchased during the registration process. If you wish to add tickets after completing your registration, click Register, proceed to the Events page, and select the tickets you'd like to purchase without making any other changes.  You will only be charged for the additional items.  

Ticket sales conclude when online registration closes March 13, 2026. No tickets or same-day seating will be available on-site. Please note that ticketed function fees are non-refundable after February 13, 2026.
