Reservations cannot be made prior to registration.
Be sure to register and reserve your room by December 4.
If you are unable to make a reservation for all the dates you require, please make a reservation for the nights that are available, and put your desired check-in or check-out date in the "special request" section of the hotel reservation. Then send an email to NSC@afpm.org indicating the dates you require. AFPM will be monitoring the block and working with the hotel to accommodate additional night requests as the hotel has availability.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid paying a one night room & tax cancellation fee. Cancellations may be made on-line until Dec. 4. After Dec. 9 cancellations must be made directly with the Hyatt.
RESORT FEE:
Resort room rates are subject to a resort fee at a discounted rate of $10 per room per day, plus applicable state and local taxes, and is for the following items:
- Wireless or hard-wired Internet
- Unlimited access local, 800 or 888 calls and in-state credit card calls
- Unlimited use of health club, tennis courts and bicycles
- Unlimited use of putting greens, golf club storage, full access to golf pratice facility, preferred golf tee times, and a complimentary personalized golf bag tag (please claim at the golf shop)
- Outdoor activities
- In-room safte and local newspaper Monday through Firday
- Coffee/Tea in room
- 2 complimentary bottles of water per day
- Complimentary self-parking
