The Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is unable to offer us any more rooms at the AFPM block rate, but may still have rooms available.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:

A deposit of one night's room and tax will be charged to the credit card provided when reservations are submitted to the hotel in December. All deposits for individual room reservations are fully refundable if a room is cancelled Seventy-Two (72) hours or more prior to the arrival date.

Upon check in, each guest will be asked to review the departure date stated on the registration card. The attendee may change the departure date at that time. If an attendee wishes to change the departure date after check in, they must inform the Front Desk at least 24 hours in advance. If you choose to shorten your stay without informing the Front Desk in advance, there will be a departure fee equeal to one-night stay.

RESORT FEE:
AFPM has negotiated a discount on the resort fee to $18 per room per day, plus applicable state and local taxes, and is for the following items:
- Wireless or hard-wired Internet
- Unlimited access local, 800 or 888 calls and in-state credit card calls
- Unlimited use of health club, tennis courts and bicycles
- Shuttle service to McKinney Roughs for group activites
- Daily newspaper upon request

Valet -per/night $18
Self parking - included in resort fee
