Reservations cannot be made prior to registration.
Be sure to register and reserve your room by December 18.
If you are unable to make a reservation for all the dates you require, please make a reservation for the nights that are available, and put your desired check-in or check-out date in the "special request" section of the hotel reservation. Then send an email to NSC@afpm.org indicating the dates you require. AFPM will be monitoring the block and working with the hotel to accommodate additional night requests as the hotel has availability.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:
Room cancellations can be made 42 hours prior to arrival with no penalties. Cancellations made after the deadline will be assessed a fee equal to 1 night of your room charge plus tax (for the first night of your reservation).
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT POLICY:
Check-in time is 4:00PM. While the Hotel will make every reasonable effort to accomodate guests who arrive before the check-in time, guest rooms may not be immediately available. Baggage storage will be available for a small handling fee.
Check-out time is 11:00AM. Late check-out requests will be reviewed based on hotel demand. A late departure fee of $50 per room may apply.
