Housing

Reservations cannot be made prior to registration. 

Be sure to register and reserve your room by December 14.

If you are unable to make a reservation for all the dates you require, please make a reservation for the nights that are available, and put your desired check-in or check-out date in the "special request" section of the hotel reservation. Then send an email to NSC@afpm.org indicating the dates you require. AFPM will be monitoring the block and working with the hotel to accommodate additional night requests as the hotel has availability.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellation made within the 24 hour window will be charged fees equal to one (1) nights stay plus tax.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT POLICY:

Check-in time is 3:00PM. While the Hotel will make every reasonable effort to accomodate guests who arrive before the check-in time, guest rooms may not be immediately available. Baggage storage will be available..

Check-out time is 11:00AM. Late check-out requests will be reviewed based on hotel demand.

PARKING RATES:

The Hotel will provide complimenatary self parking. The hotel does provide valet parking for a fee of $35.00 overnight valet parking.
