You will receive a link to make a hotel reservation once your registration is complete. You can also find the link to reserve your housing at the top of your confirmation email.

Be sure to register and reserve your room by December 28th. The room block rate cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

A deposit of one night's room and tax charges is fully refundable if a room is cancelled forty-eight hours or more prior to the arrival date.

Check-In/Check-Out Policy:

Check-in time is 4:00 PM. While the hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests who arrive before the check-in time, guest rooms may not be immediately available. Baggage storage will be available.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests will be reviewed based on hotel demand.

Early Departure Policy:

Upon check-in, each guest will be asked to review the departure date, which can be changed at that time. If guests wish to change the departure date after check-in, a departure fee equal to half of one night's stay will be charged.

Parking Rates:

The resort offers complimentary self-parking.
