You will receive a link to make a hotel reservation once your registration is complete. You can also find the link to reserve your housing at the top of your confirmation email.

Be sure to register and reserve your room by the cut-off date, December 22, 2023. The room block rate cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

A deposit of one night's room and tax charges is fully refundable if a room is canceled three (3) working days or more prior to the arrival date and a cancellation number is obtained.

Check-In/Check-Out Policy:

Check-in time is 4:00 PM. While the hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests who arrive before the check-in time, guest rooms may not be immediately available. Baggage storage will be available.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests will be reviewed based on hotel demand.

Early Departure Policy:

Upon check-in, each guest will be asked to review the departure date, which can be changed at that time. If guests wish to change the departure date after check-in, a departure fee equal to one night's stay will be charged.

Parking Rates:

The Marriott Rivercenter offers both valet and self-parking. Rates include in-and-out privileges. The following are the Hotel's current parking rates and are subject to change without prior notice:

Valet Parking:

$55 + Tax /Overnight
