The Future of Training should include a focus on adaptive learning technologies or finding ways to tailor the learning experience to the unique learner. Not only does this presentation review a VR study to help audience members understand the benefits and limitations of VR but will discuss the importance of developing with the appropriate rigor in mind following the concepts of Lev Vygotsky's Zone of Proximal Development.
