01:00 pm - 05:30 pm AFPM Workshop: EPA's Next Generation Compliance -
EPA started promoting Next Gen in January. In the few short months since then, we have begun to see the influence of this strategy and are seeing more and more of its uses on the horizon. Understanding how EPA has used these tools in the past and how they might expand their use is critical for ongoing compliance planning. This Workshop will provide an in-depth exploration of the key elements of EPA’s Next Generation Compliance strategy. Using various expert perspectives (technical, legal, policy, regulatory, etc.) and interactive discussion, our agenda is designed to expose what this strategy is and is not and help the audience see the road ahead more clearly.
