Registration

Registration fees are based on AFPM membership. If your company is a member of AFPM, you qualify for the member fees.

Save $100 on registration fees by registering on or before September 26th. Registration fees increase on September 27th. Online registration closes on October 17, 2025.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by September 19, 2025, will incur no penalty. Written cancellations received between September 20 and October 3, 2025, will be refunded minus $100 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after October 3, 2025. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.

Housing

Hotel reservations can only be made after you complete your event registration. Instructions for booking accommodation will be available on your registration confirmation page and included in your confirmation email. If you experience any difficulties with your reservation, please contact us at ENV@afpm.org.

Be sure to register and reserve your room by the cut-off date of September 26th (**Extended to October 1st). After October 1st, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at the prevailing rate.

**Please Note: The hotel is almost sold out of rooms the night of Saturday, October 18, 2025. They are currently offering rooms at a slightly higher rate of $269+taxes for that night only. The other nights are still at the contracted group rate of $249+taxes per night.
