Registration Fees
Save $100 by registering by April 18th, and save an additional $200 by reserving a room in the AFPM block at the either the Grand Hyatt San Antonio or Marriott Riverwalk Hotel.
In order to encourage AFPM attendees to use the contracted hotel block at the Grand Hyatt and Marriott Riverwalk, a tiered registration fee structure will be in effect. Registrants occupying a hotel room in the AFPM block at either hotel will pay a registration fee $200 less than those registrants who choose to stay outside the block or at an alternate hotel. Local commuter registrants, of course, will also receive the discount.
Registration fees are based on AFPM membership. If your company is a member of AFPM, you qualify for the Member fees.
Register, and reserve your room, by April 18th to receive Early registration fees and the "in hotel block" discount. On April 19, registration fees increase by $100. Those registering after the room block is closed will not receive the $200 discount.

Housing
Reservations cannot be made prior to registration. Upon completion of payment you will be asked if you would like to make a hotel reservation.
Be sure to register and reserve your room by April 18. Those registering after the room block has closed will not receive the $200 discount off registration fees.
If you are unable to make a reservation for all the dates you require, please make a reservation for the nights that are available, and put your desired check-in or check-out date in the "special request" section of the hotel reservation. Then send an email to LRHR@afpm.org indicating the dates you require. AFPM will be monitoring the block and working with the hotel to accommodate additional night requests as the hotel has availability.
