2014 National Occupational & Process Safety Conference & Exhibition
On-line Registration Deadline: May 6 is the last date to register on-line. After that time, conference registration can be done on-site in San Antonio.
Safety Awards Event Tickets & Hotel Reservations: Tickets may be purchased for any company employee and guest. If all company tickets are purchased under one individual, hotel reservations may still be made for individual attendees. To make reservations for Thursday, May 15, register the individual for the conference and select the registration option "Safety Award Event Only." Save through the special events page, then you will have the option to make a hotel reservation.
Meeting Attire: Business Casual - shirts with collars; no ties, jeans, sneakers or shorts.

Fee Structure:
In order to encourage AFPM attendees to use the contracted hotel block at The Grand Hyatt San Antoni, a tiered registration fee structure will be in effect. Registrants occupying a hotel room in the AFPM block at the Grand Hyatt will receive a discount and pay a registration fee $200 less than those registrants who choose to stay outside the block or at an alternate hotel. Local commuter registrants, of course, will also receive the discount.
The discount will no longer be available after the room block closes on April 15th.
Register by April 15 to receive Early registration fees and make a reservation in the AFPM block. On April 16, full registration fees increase by $100 and the discount will no longer be available,
