On-line Registration Deadline:
May 4th is the last date to register on-line. After that time, conference registrations can be done on-site in Austin.
Safety Awards Event Tickets & Hotel Reservations: Tickets may be purchased for any company employee and guest. To make reservations for Wednesday, May 13, register the individual for the conference and select the registration option "Safety Award Event Only." Save through the events page, then you will have the option to make a hotel reservation.
Meeting Attire: Business Casual - shirts with collars; no ties, jeans, sneakers or shorts.

Austin's Capitol Metro offers direct airport bus service via a dedicated route that travels between the airport and downtown, the Capitol and The University of Texas. $1.50 one way. |
| Shuttle: |
Transportation from the airport to the hotel is $14 per person. Reservations are not required for transport from the airport to the hotel, but advance pickup arrangements must be secured to travel from the hotel to the airport. |
| Taxi: |
Taxi transportation to and from the Hyatt Regency Austin is approximately $20 - $27 for one passenger. Taxi transport to the Amtrak station is approximately $5 (1.5 miles). |

Fee Structure:
In order to encourage AFPM attendees to use the contracted hotel block, a tiered registration fee structure will be in effect. Registrants occupying a hotel room in the AFPM block will pay a discounted registration fee $200 less than those registrants who choose to stay outside the block or at an alternate hotel. Registrations received after the hotel cut-off date will not be eligible for the registration discount. Local commuter registrants, of course, will receive the discounted registration fee.
Register by April 13th to receive Early registration fees and make a reservation in the AFPM block. On April 14th, full registration fees increase by $100 and the discount is no longer available,
