Registration
Save $100 by registering by March 13th, and save an additional $200 by reserving a room in the AFPM block at the Hilton Palacio del Rio.
In order to encourage AFPM attendees to use the contracted hotel block at the Hilton Palacio del Rio, a tiered registration fee structure will be in effect. Registrants occupying a hotel room in the AFPM block at the Hilton will pay a registration fee $200 less than those registrants who choose to stay outside the block or at an alternate hotel. Local commuter registrants, of course, will not be assessed the surcharge.
Registration fees are based on AFPM membership. If your company is a member of AFPM, you qualify for the Member fees.

Housing
Reservations cannot be made prior to registration. Upon completion of payment you will be asked if you would like to make a hotel reservation.
Be sure to register and reserve your room by March 13th. Those registering after the room block has closed will be assessed the $200 surcharge. However, appropriate credit will be provided if proof of reservation in the AFPM block at the Hilton Palacio del Rio can be provided.
If you are unable to make a reservation for all the dates you require, please make a reservation for the nights that are available, and put your desired check-in or check-out date in the "special request" section of the hotel reservation. Then send an email to SC@afpm.org indicating the dates you require. AFPM will be monitoring the block and working with the hotel to accommodate additional night requests as the hotel has availability.
