Registration
Save $100 by registering by March 11th, and save an additional $200 by reserving a room in the AFPM block at the JW Marriott Houston.
In order to encourage AFPM attendees to use the contracted hotel block at the JW Marriott Houston, you will receive a discount off your registration when you book your room as you register through AFPM. Registrations received after the hotel block closes will not be eligible for the registration discount. Local commuter registrants, of course, will receive the discounted registration fee. All discounts will be applied just before payment.
Register by March 11th to receive Early registration fees and the "in hotel block" discount. On March 12th, full registration fees increase by $100. Those registering after the room block is closed will not be eligible for the $200 discount.
Registration fees are based on AFPM membership. If your company is a member of AFPM, you qualify for the Member fees.

Housing
Reservations cannot be made prior to registration. You will be given the option of making a hotel reservation prior to payment.
Be sure to register and reserve your room by March 11th. Those registering after the room block has closed will not be eligible for the $200 discount. However, appropriate credit will be granted after the conference if proof of reservation in the AFPM block at the JW Marriott Houston can be provided.
If you are unable to make a reservation for all the dates you require, please make a reservation for the nights that are available, and put your desired check-in or check-out date in the "special request" section of the hotel reservation. Then send an email to SC@afpm.org indicating the dates you require. AFPM will be monitoring the block and working directly with the hotel to accommodate additional night requests as the hotel has availability.
