Registration Fees
Save $100 by registering by April 15th, and save an additional $200 by reserving a room in the AFPM block at the Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel.
In order to encourage AFPM attendees to use the contracted hotel block at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott, a tiered registration fee structure will be in effect. Registrants occupying a hotel room in the AFPM block at the Marriott will pay a registration fee $200 less than those registrants who choose to stay outside the block or at an alternate hotel. Local commuter registrants, of course, will not be assessed the surcharge.
Registration fees are based on AFPM membership. If your company is a member of AFPM, you qualify for the Member fees.

Housing
Reservations cannot be made prior to registration. Upon completion of payment you will be asked if you would like to make a hotel reservation.
Be sure to register and reserve your room by April 15. Those registering after the room block has closed will be assessed the $200 surcharge. However, appropriate credit will be provided if proof of reservation in the AFPM block at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel can be provided. Local commuter registrants will not be assessed the surcharge.
If you are unable to make a reservation for all the dates you require, please make a reservation for the nights that are available, and put your desired check-in or check-out date in the "special request" section of the hotel reservation. Then send an email to NSC@afpm.org indicating the dates you require. AFPM will be monitoring the block and working with the hotel to accommodate additional night requests as the hotel has availability.
