Registration
Save $200 off registration fees by booking a room through AFPM.
In order to encourage AFPM attendees to use the contracted room block at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside, you will receive a discount off your registration when you book your room as you register through AFPM. Registrations received after the hotel block closes will not be eligible for the registration discount. Local commuter registrants, of course, will receive the discounted registration fee. All discounts will be applied just before payment.
Register by February 9th to receive the Early registration fee and the "in hotel block" discount. On February 10th, the registration fee increases by $100 and the room block will close. Those registering after the room block is closed will not be eligible for the $200 discount.
Registration fees are based on AFPM membership. If your company is a member of AFPM, you qualify for the Member fees.

Housing
Reservations cannot be made prior to registration. You will be given the option of making a hotel reservation prior to payment. If a hotel reservation is made, a discount of $200 will be applied to your registration fees. If a reservation is subsequently cancelled, you will be invoiced for the discount that had been applied.
Be sure to register and reserve your room by Feb. 9th. Those registering after the room block has closed will not be eligible for the $200 discount.
If you are unable to make a reservation for all the dates you require, please make a reservation for the nights that are available, and put your desired check-in or check-out date in the "special request" section of the hotel reservation. Then send an email to AM@afpm.org indicating the dates you require. AFPM will be monitoring the block and working with the hotel to accommodate additional night requests as the hotel has availability.

Special Events
All ticketed functions are open to registered attendees only. Tickets can be purchased at time of registration. To purchase tickets after registration is completed, click on Register Now, save through to the Events page and add the tickets you wish to purchase without making any other changes to the registration. You will only be charged for what has been added. Ticket sales conclude when online registration closes March 2.
