Housing:

Reservations cannot be made prior to registration.  Upon completion of payment you will be asked if you would like to make a hotel reservation.

Room rates are listed below.  These rates do not include state & local taxes and the discounted resort fee of $15 per room per day which includes: 

  • Unlimited in-room high-speed Internet access, wireless and hard-wired in guest room and all public space (not in meeting rooms.).

    Guest Room
    Rate: $269++ Single/Double Occupancy
    Deposit: $269++ Single/Double Occupancy

Room Deposit: A deposit equal to one (1) night room and tax will be charged when the reservation is sent to the hotel in mid-August.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:  An individual's deposit is refundable if the resort is notified of cancellation at least 7 days prior to arrival.

Room night requests: If rooms are not available for all of the dates you wish to stay, please make a reservation for the nights that are available, and enter a request for the additional date(s) in the "Special Requests" section of your hotel reservation and send an email to BOD@afpm.org.  AFPM will monitor these requests and work with the hotel to try to accommodate them.
