Registration Fee Includes:

Sunday opening reception and dinner; Monday breakfast, Board business meeting, lunch and dinner; and Tuesday breakfast and General Session.

Registration fees are based on AFPM membership. If your company is a member of AFPM, you qualify for the member fees.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations may be emailed to BOD@afpm.org. Cancellations may be made by August 8, 2025, with no penalty. Cancellations submitted between August 9 - 22, 2025, will receive a refund of fees, less a $100 processing fee. No refunds after August 22, 2025. No telephone cancellations.

Housing

Reservations cannot be made prior to registration. Upon completion of registration, on the registration confirmation page as well as in your confirmation email you will be provided instructions on how to reserve your hotel accommodations. Should you have any trouble in making your reservations please contact us at BOD@afpm.org. 

Be sure to reserve your room on or before August 6, 2025. The room block rate cannot be guaranteed after this date. 

Guests Room Rate:

Classic Room Rate: $380.00/per night (Single/Double Occupancy)
Deposit: $380.00+applicable taxes/per night

Superior Room Rate: $410.00/per night (Single/Double Occupancy)
Deposit: $410.00+applicable taxes/per night

Check-In & Check-Out Times:

Check-in Time: 4:00pm
Check-out Time: 12:00pm

Hotel Resort Fees:

The daily resort fee is $42.00/per room plus taxes and applicable fees. The daily resort fee includes: 

  • Wired and wireless high-speed internet access up to 4MB
  • Local and toll free calls up to one hour
  • Online access to over 7,000 newspapers and magazines
  • Unlimited access to fitness center
  • Two daily group fitness classes: Early Bird Aquatics and Broadmoor Bootcamp
  • All incoming faxes
  • Complimentary Notary Services 
  • Resort and activity shuttle service to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Starsmore Visitor and Nature Center, The Broadmoor World Arena, and The Broadmoor Seven Falls
  • Admission to movies and select matinees in The Little Theatre
  • In-room hot beverage program: teas, coffee, hot chocolate
  • Two bottles of water and ice delivered daily at turndown
  • Art and History Tour: Tuesday at 10:30 AM
  • Golf Clinic: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday at 3:00 PM (seasonal)
  • Tennis Round Robins: Wednesday and Sunday at 4:00 PM (seasonal)
  • One-hour use of paddle boats (seasonal)

Hotel Cancellation Policy: For standard reservations, we require notification of cancellation or shortening of stay no later than (7) days prior to arrival for a refund of this deposit. Cancellations or shortenings of stay within the (7) day period will result in forfeiture of the full deposit of two nights room stay.

Room night requests: If rooms are not available for all of the dates you wish to stay, please make a reservation for the nights that are available, enter a request for the additional date(s) in the "Special Requests" section of your hotel reservation and send an email to BOD@afpm.org. AFPM will monitor these requests and work with the hotel to try to accommodate them.
