Reservations cannot be made prior to registration.
Be sure to register and reserve your room by November 9.
If you are unable to make a reservation for all the dates you require, please make a reservation for the nights that are available, and put your desired check-in or check-out date in the "special request" section of the hotel reservation. Then send an email to NSC@afpm.org indicating the dates you require. AFPM will be monitoring the block and working with the hotel to accommodate additional night requests as the hotel has availability.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid paying a one night room & tax cancellation fee. Cancellations may be made on-line until Nov. 9. After Nov. 12 cancellations must be made directly with the Marriott.
RESORT FEE:
Resort room rates are subject to a resort fee (currently $28 per room per night, plus applicable state and local taxes) in effect at the time of check in. This charge represents a value of $115 and is for the following items:
High Speed Internet Access in guestrooms and public space (does not include meeting rooms)
- Local and Long Distance Domestic telephone calls from guestrooms
- 1-800 call access

Currently, porterage gratuities are $10 per round trip, and housekeeping gratuities are $6 per day.
