Online Registration Deadline:

May 4th is the last date to register online.  After that time, conference registrations can be done on-site in San Antonio.

Safety Awards Event Tickets & Hotel Reservations:

Tickets may be purchased for any company employee and guest.  To make reservations for Wednesday, May 16, register the individual for the conference and select the registration option "Safety Award Event Only."  Save through to the events page to indicate the number of tickets you wish to purchase.  If all tickets were purchased under one name and only a hotel reservation is needed, save through the events page.  After saving that page you will have the option to make a hotel reservation.

Meeting Attire: 

Business Casual - shirts with collars; no ties, no jeans, no sneakers and no shorts.

Travel:

Rental Car:  AVIS is the official rental car agency for the National Occupational & Process Safety Conference. Call 800-331-1600 and refer to AWD#:B761300 to receive discounted rates.

Taxi: Approximate cost from SAT International Airport to the downtown hotels is $25 one way.

Super Shuttle: Fares from the airport to downtown are approximately $14 for a shared ride with stops and $49 for a non-stop ride. Reservations can be made in advance online.

Fee Structure:

In order to encourage AFPM attendees to use the contracted hotel block at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio, you will receive a $200 discount off your registration when you book your room as you register through AFPM. Registrations received after the hotel block closes on April 13th will not be eligible for the $200 registration discount. Local commuter registrants, of course, will receive the discounted registration fee. All discounts will be applied just before payment.
